A: HD Summit begins with yoga at 3pm, with the Opening Night Reception starting at 5:30pm. Registration will be open on Wednesday at 8:00am – 6:00pm.

A: HD Summit concludes at 12:30pm with a farewell break following the 9:30am session.

A: For the Welcome Reception, smart casual attire is suggested. Our reception will be “Summit Beach Club” themed, so feel free to wear your most sophisticated resort wear.

A: Thursday night’s event is our Summit Supper Club — a celebration of our 25th anniversary in style! Inspired by the elegant jazz and supper clubs of the 1930s, the evening will feature a classic, vintage ambiance. Guests are encouraged to dress in elevated, cocktail or formal attire with a timeless, retro twist. Think chic dresses, sharp suits, and a touch of old-school glamour to match the vibe of the night. We will be inside for this event so no jackets are needed.

A: March in San Diego is mild and pleasant, with daytime temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s°F and cooler evenings in the 50s°F.

A: The event offers a diverse range of activities on Day 2 of our program. Please check our activities page for more details, and complete your selection in your registration form. Activities will be opening for registration in early January 2026.

A: Yes! The Hotel del Coronado offers a wide range of activities and amenities, including beachside recreation, pools, fitness facilities, spa services, bike rentals, and seasonal programming — giving guests plenty of ways to relax and enjoy their stay.

A: HD Summit meals will be private so our guests can network with each other. Meals are included as part of the registration. These meals include: Opening Night Reception, Thursday all meals (breakfast, breaks, lunch, dinner, afterhours), and Friday breakfast + farewell break.

A: Yes! Hotel Del Coronado offers eight main restaurants and bars for guests – plus additional poolside and beachside snack and drink spots. You can find the full list of dining options here.

A: For small groups you can make reservations online using the dining link and following the instructions to open table. For large group dinners (6+ people), please email [email protected] with your request. Reservations are a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to submit your requests early!

A: The San Diego International airport is approximately thirty minutes from the Hotel Del Coronado.

To assist with transportation needs, you may arrange for a private car service for arrivals, departures, or on-demand with a chauffeur through the Hotel Del Coronado. Please contact the Hotel Del Coronado Transportation team at 1-619-435-6611.

Taxis and rideshare services are also readily available and can be called from the main entrance of the Hotel Del Coronado or rideshare app. You may also take the Coronado Ferry across San Diego Bay to downtown San Diego; the Ferry Landing is 1.5 miles from the Hotel Del Coronado.
