Delegates and sponsors must book their accommodations through the official HD Summit room block link to secure preferred discounted rates. We cannot guarantee discounted rates for rooms booked outside of the official room block.

Cancellation and Deposit Policy
If guest cancels within 72 hours prior to arrival, the guest will forfeit the one night’s room and tax non-refundable deposit.
