A: The all-inclusive rate at Hilton Tulum includes a wide range of dining, drinks, and activities to enhance your stay. Guests can enjoy unlimited meals throughout the day at 13 F&B outlets, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The minibar is stocked daily with premium drinks and snacks, and unlimited cocktails and drinks are available throughout the resort.

For activities, the package includes group yoga, fitness sessions, and wellness programs, as well as daily cultural activities. In the evenings, guests can enjoy music and entertainment. This all-inclusive experience ensures a full, immersive stay with plenty of options for relaxation and engagement.

A: HD Summit meals will be private so our guests can network with each other. Meals are included as part of the registration. These meals include: Opening Night Reception, Thursday all meals (breakfast, breaks, lunch, dinner, afterhours), and Friday breakfast + farewell break.

A: Yes! There are 13 food and beverage outlets at Hilton Tulum. With flavors from Mexico, Asia, Italy, and beyond. You can find the list of property restaurants here with location and opening/closing times.

A: For guests or large groups, dinner reservations must be arranged in advance. Please email [email protected] with your request. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis, so be sure to submit your requests early to ensure availability!

A: The resort is located in Riveria Maya. Tulum International Airport (TQO) is approximately 40.6 miles from our resort and Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately 59.5 miles from our resort.

Transportation Options:

1. You can book your transportation with Tropical Incentives, our trusted transportation provider for reliable transportation and seamless travel services. Please use this booking link to book your transportation to/from the Hilton Tulum from either the Cancun Airport or Tulum Airport.
2. If you choose not to use our DMC for transportation, guests can also arrange transportation through the property.
