Q: What time does HD Summit start on Monday?
A: HD Summit begins with yoga at 3pm, with the Opening Night Reception starting at 5:30pm.
Q: What time does HD Summit end on Wednesday?
A: HD Summit concludes at 11am with a farewell break following the 9am session.
Q: Is there a dress code for the event?
A: While there is no formal dress code, we recommend resort casual attire for most events. Feel free to dress comfortably, keeping in mind the desert climate of Tucson. Warmer layers are also advisable for cool evenings.
Q: Are there any specific recommendations for the "Welcome Reception" on opening night?
A: For the Welcome Reception, smart casual attire is suggested, with closed-toe shoes or boots (please avoid- high-heels). We also recommend embracing our Tucson location by wearing your most Western attire.
Q: Are there any specific recommendations for the "Dinner in Denim" on night two?
A: For the HD Dinner in Denim, we encourage you to wear your most sophisticated denim ensembles, jeans, or favorite denim garb. Cowboy boots welcome!
Q: What are the average March temperatures in Tucson?
A: Under typically sunny skies, daytime highs average 76 degrees Fahrenheit; nighttime lows average 47 degrees Fahrenheit.
Q: What activities are available during Summit?
A: The event offers a diverse range of activities on Day 2 of our program, March 12th, 2024. Please check our activities page for more details, and complete your selection on the activities registration form.
Q: Are there recreational facilities at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort?

Q: Are meals provided as part of the event registration?
Q: May I make special dietary requests for meals during the event?

Q: How do I get to Loews Ventana Canyon Resort from the airport?
A: The resort is easily accessible from Tucson International Airport. Transportation options—including Uber, Lyft, and car rentals—are available. Check the travel section on our website for detailed directions.
If you fly into Phoenix, please plan to connect via air to Tucson, or book your rental car or ride-share transportation in advance for the 100-mile drive to Tucson.
